Truffles should be refrigerated upon receiving. White truffles have a shelf life of about 7 days, but for best flavor and texture, it’s recommended to eat within the first 3 days of receiving. For storage, open the truffle bag immediately when received. Wrap dry napkins around the truffles, and place in an airtight container into the fridge. Do not freeze white truffles.

For truffles not consumed when received, change the napkins daily in order to preserve quality.
